Provides transparency and improves customer experience from any device at any time
DENVER – Oildex, the leader in financial automation solutions for the oil and gas industry, announced today the launch of its web-based status page to give customers real-time insight and transparency into the operational status of the company’s cloud-based products and services.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and providing the best possible customer experience, we’re excited to announce our web-based status page to give our customers the immediate knowledge they need around the status of our hosted products,” said Michael Weiss, chief technology officer for Oildex. “This is a big part of our ‘Always On’ initiative to automate processes and provide feedback and communication mechanisms all hours of the day on any device.”
The status page is a simple, easy-to-read webpage that shows the real-time status of Oildex systems and provides information on planned outages and updates. Customers can subscribe to receive automated updates via email, text and through an RSS or Atom newsfeed. Additionally, customers can update and manage their preferences at any time.
“We will continue to look for innovative and creative ways to make our customers’ experience the most intuitive and least burdensome possible so they can continue to focus on driving success,” added Weiss.
