Onboarding Specialist

Position Summary

Manages new onboarding queue and ensures client requests are addressed appropriately. Onboarding process includes analyzing client requirements, developing and managing configuration strategy, ensuring correct setup, training and support for clients. Onboarding specialists will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training on how to input data, and answering Tier I support questions.

Key Responsibilites

Technical/Functional

  • Coordinates and executes onboarding related activities for clients
  • Provides the initial outreach, where applicable, which outlines the setup process and where to find training and support resources
  • Manages new client onboarding via email, phone and web-based tools
  • Analyzes client requirements
  • Manages configurations and setups in relevant Oildex applications

    Systems Administrator/Client Support

    Position Summary

    With minimal supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices including mobile devices for the entire organization.     Product Manager – Data Exchange

    Client Support Analyst

    Position Summary

    The Client Support Analyst is a position that provides customers and end users with product support by providing world-class customer service. This position is the first line of application support to our customers with a focus on our Vendor and Operator inquires. Also, the Customer Care Analyst will work closely with our Senior Customer Care Analysts on escalating issues and driving support cases to closure.

    Key Responsibilites

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides first-level support of Oildex’s software applications, data, products, and services. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests received via telephone, voice mail, e-mail and web chat.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the solution to solve the problem; and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Responds to internal and external customer questions efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening, personalization techniques, and focusing on adding value.
    • Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.
    • Logs and tracks calls using ServiceNow, and maintains history records and related problem documentation. Documents customer requests, troubleshooting procedures, follow-up actions items, assigned to Senior Customer Care Analyst, and conversations with customers, including instructions communicated to customers intended to resolve their issues.
    • Records resolution information in ServiceNow and maintains accuracy of help desk database.
    • Helps create efficiencies, reduce processing risk, and enhance the client’s experience.

    • Ability to close deals on his or her own

    Owner Relations Call Center Agent

    Position Summary

    We are seeking candidates with oil and gas accounting/land experience to join our call center services team. Oildex provides owner and vendor relations call and email support services to several companies. These are typically work from home positions and all training/equipment is provided.

      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
      • Ability to multi-task between several critical client situations at the same time.
      • Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Answer incoming owner relations call regarding various issues, including revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
      • Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
      • Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.

    Skills & Experience

    • 2-5 years of industry related experience and/or training in the field of revenue accounting and/or land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs.
