At Oildex, our mission is to eliminate all the paper, manual processing and data entry from the oil & gas industry so companies of all types can reduce costs and increase efficiency. We’ve had great success so far, having seen some of our operators achieve nearly 100% electronic invoices. But we’ve really just begun. Our most recent initiative targets another pervasive paper document in oil and gas, the ubiquitous field ticket. We are privately held and backed by Accel-KKR. Position Summary

We are the market leader in cloud-based financial supply chain automation for the oil and gas industry and the most widely used distribution platform of upstream oil and gas accounting and royalty information. We have the largest B2B network in oil and gas with over 250 buyers, 60,000 vendors and process $130 billion in spend annually. We’re growing fast with two recent acquisitions and plans to launch several new business lines.

Owner Relations Call Center Agent

Position Summary

We are seeking candidates with oil and gas accounting/land experience to join our call center services team. Oildex provides owner and vendor relations call and email support services to several companies. These are typically work from home positions and all training/equipment is provided.

Key Responsibilites

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
    • Ability to multi-task between several critical client situations at the same time
    • Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email.
    • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently or with a team.
    • Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Preferred Bilingual in Spanish/English

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming owner relations call regarding various issues, including revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
    • Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
    • Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.

    Skills & Experience

    • 2-5 years of industry related experience and/or training in the field of revenue accounting and/or land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs.

    Education:

    High School degree or equivalent
