LEADERSHIP
David A. Kempf, Chief Financial Officer
David Kempf is Transzap's Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years experience leading the strategic financial operations of companies in the technology sector. Prior to joining Transzap, Mr. Kempf served as CFO at several companies, including InPhase Technologies Inc., a venture-backed holographic storage company, Picolight, Inc., Loanbright, Inc., and International Verifact. He was also acting COO/CFO for BioMedical Technology Solutions, a publicly held biomedical disposal waste equipment company. In addition, Mr. Kempf has held senior level positions with AMBIS, Ectron Corp., AMETEK, and Redken Labs, and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from United States International University.

Jimmy L. Allison, Vice President, Product Management
Jim Allison is Transzap's Vice President of Product Management, and he serves as the company's corporate secretary and assistant treasurer. Mr. Allison has worked in the global energy industry for more than 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry and has served in a variety of management positions. Mr. Allison joined Transzap in 2001. He has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Glenville State College, and he is an active member of COPAS - Colorado (the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies) and has served as the president of the organization as well as on its Board of Directors.

John A. Gilkison, Vice President, Global Sales
John A. Gilkison is Transzap's Vice President of Global Sales. Mr. Gilkison has more than 15 years of experience executing successful strategies in sales and account management within the technology and business services sectors. Prior to joining Transzap in 2007, Mr. Gilkison served as the Managing Partner of JLP Interests. He also represented both SAP America and Ceridian Corporation, selling to Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Gilkison has a B.S. from the University of Houston.

Patrick Fagan, Vice President, Software Development
Pat Fagan is Transzap's Vice President in charge of software development and has over 25 years experience designing and developing information systems. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Fagan was the lead technical architect for Corporate Express's B2B e-commerce site, E-way. During his tenure there the site experienced tremendous growth, climbing to $16 million in monthly revenue. Prior to that, he served as advisory software engineer for Auto-Trol Corporation and was the principal software engineer at Data General. He also spent six years working as a software engineer at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Mr. Fagan earned a B.S. degree in Computer Management and Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver and has an M.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Denver.

David B. Marts, Vice President, Operations
David Marts is Transzap's Vice President of Operations and brings 25 years of IT, operations, and customer service experience to the company. Prior to joining Transzap in 2007, he was the CIO and vice president of Information Systems at SonicAir. Mr. Marts has also served as the director of Business Continuity at Catholic Health Initiatives, a large nonprofit healthcare provider; as the director of Managed Services Operations at Mincom, an Australia-based ERP software provider; and as the director of IT at Kennecott Energy, a producer of low-sulfur coal. He has a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and he is ITIL Practitioner certified. He was also recently awarded ISACA's CGEIT designation for IT governance.

David J. York, Co-founder
David York co-founded Transzap in 1999. During his tenure, he led the operations and administrative missions of the company. His work included oversight of computer and network technologies, human resources management, and contract negotiation. David passed away in May, 2009. He is sincerely missed.
