Typical experience:
  • BS in Computer Science or related
  • 3+ years Java software design and development
  • Strong J2EE background
  • Configured J2EE Application Servers, not just starting and stopping
  • Know about J2EE security, authentication, HTTP sessions
  • Worked with RDBMS, probably Oracle. Good DB design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What you'll be doing:
  • Working in the architecture and development group
  • Creating enterprise caliber Java systems, that are highly reliable and scalable
  • Creating and maintaining web based e-commerce applications
  • Architecting, designing and developing future products
  • Participating in team design meetings and code reviews
  • Developing new features, coding them quickly and efficiently, and shepherding them through QA and successful release
